1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Giqodoa's eco-friendly laundry and dry-cleaning pickup services. By scheduling a pickup, using our platform, or engaging with our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Giqodoa. These terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and anyone accessing our services.

2. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information when scheduling services, including correct pickup and delivery addresses. You are responsible for ensuring items are properly sorted and prepared for collection. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, heavily soiled items with biological contamination, leather goods requiring specialized treatment, and items with significant damage. Users must be available during scheduled pickup times or provide alternative arrangements. Payment obligations must be fulfilled according to agreed terms, and any changes to service requests must be communicated promptly.

3. Service Limitations

Giqodoa operates within designated service areas and specified hours. We reserve the right to refuse service for items deemed unsuitable for our eco-friendly processes or that pose safety risks. Service availability may be limited during peak periods, holidays, or due to weather conditions. While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Our eco-friendly approach may require longer processing times compared to conventional methods, which customers acknowledge and accept.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary information associated with Giqodoa remain our exclusive property. The Giqodoa name, branding, website content, mobile application, and service methodologies are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted limited, non-exclusive access to use our platform for personal service requests only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property without written consent is strictly prohibited. Any feedback or suggestions provided become our property and may be used for service improvement without compensation.

5. Liability Limitations

Giqodoa's liability is limited to the actual value of damaged or lost items, not exceeding the service fee paid. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from the inherent nature of fabrics. Our eco-friendly cleaning processes, while gentle, may not be suitable for all materials, and users assume this risk. We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Items left unclaimed for thirty days may be donated to charity after reasonable notification attempts. Users are encouraged to review items before pickup and report any concerns immediately.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information necessary for service delivery, including contact details, addresses, and payment information. Data is stored securely and used solely for service provision, communication, and improvement purposes. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Users have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data subject to operational requirements. Our privacy practices comply with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept various payment methods and reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. Disputed charges must be reported within seven days of service completion. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may take several business days to appear in your account.

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns promptly and amicably. Formal disputes will be addressed through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for small claims matters. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third party in accordance with established arbitration rules. Users waive rights to participate in class action lawsuits. Mediation may be attempted before arbitration if both parties agree. The prevailing party in disputes may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

9. Modifications and Termination

Giqodoa reserves the right to modify these terms with appropriate notice to users. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or operational reasons. Users may terminate their account at any time, subject to completion of pending services and payment obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws where services are provided. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms continue in full effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement between parties regarding service use, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately and may be updated periodically to reflect service improvements and legal requirements.
